Katelyn Till
Katelyn is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has received her Bachelor's degree in Equine Business Management/ Riding program. During college Katelyn actively competed with the IHSA team and in the earlier years of high school competed on Maplewood IEA Team in Berlin, MA. During one summer Kate went to Germany and interned under international event rider, Julia Mestern. While there she received lessons from Julia and schooled multiple young horses everyday along with going to shows with Julia to groom and warm up horses. Katelyn has owned/trained horses since childhood and has experience in the areas of equitation, hunter/jumpers, dressage, young horse training, and some natural horsemanship. She spent many years competing in the hunters and jumpers from local to A-Rated. In the past Katelyn held jobs such as horsemanship camp head counselor in Portsmouth Abbey, in RI, a riding instructor/ horse trainer at Sweet Meadow Farm in MA where she taught lessons for beginners to advanced for all ages and schooled the lesson horses, along with being barn manager of her own farm providing all aspects of care for her boarders horses as well as her own.

Courtney Ann Broderick
Courtney received her Bachelors of Equine Business Management/Riding from Johnson & Wales University and is now completing her Master's of Business at Johnson & Wales University. Courtney has over 8 years experience in Hunter/Jumpers as well as equitation on the flat. She also has over 6 years experience in Dressage. At Johnson & Wales University Courtney has been a member of both the IHSA (Intercollegiate Hunt Seat Association) and IDA (Intercollegiate Dressage Association) teams. As a youth Courtney competed with the Stanford IEA team in California. Last summer she went to Germany to received her small and large bronze medals at the Westphalian Riding School. After receiving her medals she worked for international event/dressage rider, Julia Mestern, riding 4 to 5 young horses a day for Julia as well as traveling to shows throughout Germany to groom. Courtney also worked for top Arabian breeding farm in Texas called Mackayne Arabians. She handled and rode stallions as well as brood mares. She also worked with young stock on ground manners and halter training. She has handled the breeding stock (including stallions) for advertisement pictures and videos.
Courtney loves working with young horses as well as students who are looking to progress their riding careers. She trains in classical dressage techniques as well as the American Jumping style. Courtney also creates marketing and advertisements for horses for sale as well as riding programs.
